‘Game Of Thrones’ season 6: Watch trailer for episode 2 ‘Home’

Episode will be broadcast next Sunday (May 1)

The trailer for next week’s episode of Game Of Thrones is available to view ahead of its broadcast (Sunday, May 1).

Coming off the back of the first episode (which was broadcast at 2am on Sky Atlantic and will be repeated at 9pm tonight) Episode 2 shapes up with Cersei Lannister and her new knight of the King’s Guard looking for vengeance and the return of Bran Stark, who will be making his return for the first time since S4.

Meanwhile, Cersei’s twin brother Jaime is shown in a heated conversation with High Sparrow which soon turns into violent threats from Lannister.

Game Of Thrones returned to screens last night with Sky Atlantic screening the first episode of season 6 at 2am, to coincide with its US broadcast. A more sociable sreening of the episode will go out tonight at 9pm.

Showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss previously promised that S6 is “the best yet” and contains the biggest battle scene to date.

A number of spoilers have leaked ahead of S6, most recently when Ian McShane talked about the fate of his character after joining the cast for the new episodes.

McShane is not the only cast member to give away secrets this year. Sophie Turner revealed that her character Sansa Stark won’t be killed off in the series while Emilia Clarke may have revealed the fate of character Jon Snow at a recent awards ceremony.
