Has the ‘Avengers 4’ title been revealed?

It sounds very foreboding...

We’re less than a year away from the fourth Avengers film – and there’s still a degree of uncertainty about whether some of the franchise’s most beloved heroes will meet their end at the hands of Thanos.

But a bit of clarification could come in the form of the film’s title, which may have just been leaked online by a less than tight lipped crew member.

An eagle-eyed fan found the resume of cinematographer Trent Opaloch, who reveals that he’s working on a little project called ‘Avengers: End Game’.

Although Marvel Studios haven’t confirmed whether Trent’s slip is the real deal, he’s since updated the resume entry so it simply refers to ‘Avengers 4’.

If true, the title sounds pretty foreboding and makes us think that Thanos could be about to inflict some permanent misery on the MCU.

Last week, the Avengers cast also revealed the extreme lengths taken to avoid leaks from the set of Avengers: Infinity Warand it’s pretty drastic.
As she appeared at ACE Comic Con with Paul Bettany last weekend, Scarlett Witch actress Elizabeth Olsen revealed how the cast were told of the film’s ending only minutes before they filmed their actual death scenes.

If that wasn’t enough, they were only told the all-important information as they crammed into the back of a van.

“I found out from the Russos exactly what was going to happen and it wasn’t until we shot it on that day we learned what the ending was,” Olsen explained.

“They took us into a van – all of us – we were in a van with air conditioning because it was very hot and they told us how the movie was going to end and no one knew.
