The house from Spaced has gone on the market.
The Channel 4 sitcom, which starred Simon Pegg and Jessica Stevenson, aired for two series between 1999 and 2001. Directed by Edgar Wright, it followed Tim (Pegg) and Daisy (Stevenson), who decided to move in together after meeting in a café while flat hunting.
A listing for the property has appeared on real estate website Zoopla, which has the house priced at £4 million. Located on Carleton Road in London’s Tufnell Park – not the fictional Meteor Street from the show – it includes nine bedrooms, three bathrooms, and four reception rooms.

The house itself is a Victorian Grade II listed building. Two of the nine bedrooms are contained in a separate flat, situated within the 80 foot back garden.
In January, it was confirmed that Pegg is working on a new horror-comedy TV show with his creative partner Nick Frost. The filmmakers are best known for the “Cornetto Trilogy”, which includes the hit films Shaun Of The Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World’s End.
