‘SNL’ cast members mock Trump with Drake ‘God’s Plan’ parody

'Don's Plan' jibes at the headlines Trump has made since becoming President

SNL cast members have mocked Donald Trump with a parody of Drake‘s ‘God’s Plan’.

Chris Redd and Pete Davidson teamed up on the satirical reworking of the rapper’s recent hit single, renaming it ‘Don’s Plan’. Over the same beat used by Drake’s, the pair rewrote the lyrics to centre around the controversies surrounding the US President recently, and since he was inaugurated last year.

Keeping calm while tweeting is a struggle for me/Tell Stormy she can pee and cuddle with me,” they rap at one point, referring to Trump’s infamously unrestrained approach on the social media platform and his alleged affair with Stormy Daniels.

Other choice lyrics include “Russian flag, I even got it tatted on me“, “Barack Obama tapped my phone“, and “I strap up every teacher with an uzi“. Elsewhere, they also say “Kim Jong-un’s a ho” and “Oprah ain’t got shit on me“. Listen to ‘Don’s Plan’ above.

Trump hit back at Alec Baldwin earlier after the actor called impersonating him on SNL “agony”. Taking to Twitter, the President wrote: “Alec Baldwin, whose dying mediocre career was saved by his terrible impersonation of me on SNL, now says playing me was agony.

“Alec, it was agony for those who were forced to watch. Bring back Darrell Hammond, funnier and a far greater talent!”
