There’s now a ‘Bad Lip Reading’ video of The Royal Wedding and it is excellent

"I hope you understand that we're puppets"

The latest in the series of viral ‘Bad Lip Reading’ videos sees a brilliant send-up of the weekend’s Royal Wedding.

Millions tuned in from around the globe to watch the marriage of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle, at the London ceremony featuring countless dignitaries and celebrities.

Now after parodying Star Wars, Twilight, One Direction and many more, BLR have used their accurate lip reading skills to dub over the ceremony with hilarious effect. Highlights include Bishop Michael Curry’s speech becoming a surreal rant, being quizzed by the priest about Harry Potter, the twisted rendition of Kingdom Choir’s rendition of ‘Stand By Me’, and the realisation that the royals are little more than puppets with no free will.

Meanwhile, the Royal Wedding also looks set to enter the charts after being released on vinyl.

The audio from the royal wedding is the first of its kind to be released on streaming services, with Decca behind the recording – which was made available just hours after the ceremony took place.

The Official Recording of The Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is available to stream right now, with the physical CD being released via Decca on Friday May 25, before a special collector’s vinyl edition will follow.
