Acclaimed US drama series will sign off for good this Sunday (September 29)
A trailer for the last ever episode of Breaking Bad has been released. Watch it below.
“All bad things come to an end,” the minute-long clip teases, giving very little away about the how the show might sign off. The final episode, titled ‘Felina’, will air on US network AMC this Sunday (September 29) before being made available to UK Netflix subscribers shortly afterwards.
Breaking Bad collected the ‘Outstanding Drama Series’ prize at the Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday night (September 22) and Anna Gunn took home the trophy for ‘Supporting Actress In A Drama Series’. However, both Cranston and Paul missed out on acting awards, losing to Jeff Daniels (The Newsroom) and Bobby Cannavale (Boardwalk Empire) respectively.
Meanwhile, the Breaking Bad spin-off series that the show’s creator Vince Gilligan and producer Peter Gould have been planning is now officially in the works. The spin-off will centre on Saul Goodman, the dodgy lawyer played by Bob Odenkirk who is known for his catchphrase “Better call Saul!”
