Twin Atlantic are giving away a new five-track EP as a free download.

The EP, which can be downloaded from the band's official Facebook page, features three live tracks and two acoustic versions of tracks from the band's debut album 'Free'.

Twin Atlantic recently announced that they will head out on a UK tour again in November, playing 10 more shows.

The trek begins with a hometown show at Glasgow Barrowlands on October 27 and runs until November 8, when the band will play London's O2 Shepherds Bush Empire.

The band, who are also supporting Blink-182 at a number of their UK arena dates this summer, will then head out to the US for the Warped Tour and recently told NME that they're also well into the writing process for the follow-up to their debut album 'Free'.

Asked about their summer plans, singer Sam McTrusty said: "We're doing the Warped tour and when that finishes we'll probably be skeletal zombies after playing in that heat, so we'll need a wee rest. After that, we'll be going into the studio to record album number two."

Then asked how far along the band were in writing the follow-up to 'Free', the singer said: "We're well into double figures, we've got at least 15 or 16 songs and we've demoed about 10. But that's still early doors for us, we like to revisit things about a million times. We're weird perfectionists like that, we really like to take our time. It'll probably be out at the start of next year."

You can watch the video for the band's recent single 'Time For You To Stand Up' by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking.

The tracklisting for 'Live EP' is as follows:

'Free' (Live at O2 Academy Glasgow)
'Time For You To Stand Up' (Live at O2 Academy Glasgow)
'What Is Light? Where Is Laughter?' (Live at O2 Academy Glasgow)
'Make A Beast Of Myself' (Acoustic)
'Crashland '(Acoustic)

Twin Atlantic are playing at this year's T In The Park, which is taking place July 6-8 in Balado Park, Kinross. To check the availability of T In The Park 2012 tickets and get all the latest listings, go to NME.COM/TICKETS now, or call 0871 230 1094.
