Bono and The Edge go to the beach

U2 stars The Edge and Bono did an impromptu show on Miami Beach yesterday (November 14).

The guitarist and singer were seen on South Beach Miami singing ’In A Little While’ by a lifeguard tower.

According to the band’s website crowds gathered, and the event was filmed for a forthcoming project entitled ’A Day In The Life Of Edge’.

A statement read: “Filming continued outside the American Airlines Arena before the show last night where Edge led the crowd in a rousing version of 'Streets' and then, using a megaphone, a repeated chant of 'Bono, Bono, Bono'.”

The band’s show in the city was their second, and the set ran:

‘City Of Blinding Lights’
‘Vertigo’
‘Elevation’
‘I Will Follow’
‘Electric Co.’
