A clip from the video for the U2 and Green Day track ’The Saints Are Coming’ has appeared online.
As previously reported, the aim of the collaboration was the raise funds for Music Rising, an organisation which replaces instruments musicians lost in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
The clip of the video, which can be watched by clicking here, includes the two bands recording the track at London's Abbey Road studios.
The track, a cover of a song by Scottish punks The Skids, is set to be featured on U2’s new 'Best Of' album ’U218’ which is released on November 20.
A tracklisting for the album has yet to be revealed, but is thought to contain another new track called 'Window On The Sky', as well as 16 of the band's classic songs.
