U2 ANNOUNCE US TOUR DETAILS
The Irish rockers play the first leg of their tour in almost every US city...

U2 have finalised details of the US leg of their world tour, which starts in FLORIDA on March 24, winding up 33 cities and three months later.
According to www.mtv.com, PJ Harvey will support on the shows, which take place in seated, medium size arenas. As yet there are no confirmed European dates, but it is expected they will be announced soon.
The band were due to broadcast a webcast at 9.45pm this evening (January 9) in conjunction with the tour announcement via their official website www.u2.com, but it became so overwhelmed with users, many found it difficult to gain access.
