U2 have extended the US leg of their 'ELEVATION' tour to include eight more dates in November and December.
The group are currently in North America playing the final leg on their tour to promote current album 'All That You Can't Leave Behind'. The tour was due to conclude at the Los Angeles Staples Centre (November 19). However a host of new shows have been confirmed, starting at the Sacremento Arco Arena (November 20).
The new dates, according to the official U2 website, are at:

Dallas Reunion Arena (25)
Kansas City Kemper Arena (27)
St Louis Savvis Center (28)
Atlanta Philips Arena (30)
Tampa Ice Palace (December 1)
