Tickets are going fast for Staffordshire too

Tickets for this year's V Festival leg in Chelmsford have been snapped up in record time.

The event was sold out within 90 minutes of going on sale at 9am this morning (March 1).

While tickets are still available for the Staffordshire leg, they are going fast with only 5,000 weekend and camping passes left.

As previously reported on NME.COM, The Killers, Foo Fighters and Snow Patrol have been confirmed as the headliners for this year's V Festival.

Kasabian, Primal Scream and Babyshambles will also play the festival, which will take place August 18 and 19 in Chelmsford and Staffordshire.

Other acts confirmed for the event include a newly re-united James, Pink, Basement Jaxx, Editors, The Kooks, Lily Allen, Happy Mondays and Amy Winehouse.
