V Festival 2008 sells out

All tickets snapped up in 90 minutes

Tickets for this year’s V Festival sold out within 90 minutes after they went on sale on Friday (March 7).

The event which takes place in both Staffordshire and Essex on August 16 and 17 has now just a few tickets remaining as part of coach packages.

Muse and The Verve are headlining with the likes of Amy Winehouse, Kaiser Chiefs and Kings Of Leon set to play.

If you're on O2 you can get Priority Tickets to The O2 and O2 Academy venues up to 48 hours before they go on general release. Register at o2priority.co.uk. Terms apply.

I'm going to V and can't wait. The line up is amazing. Muse!!!!!!!!! I don't personally like The Verve which is unfortunate seeing as they're headlining but it should still be awesome.
