Vampire Weekend reschedule Manchester live date

May gig put back until June

Vampire Weekend have rescheduled their forthcoming live date at the Manchester Academy 2, originally set to take place on May 8.

The gig will now take place on June 1. Tickets fro the original gig will remain valid for the new date. The band have not issued a reason for the postponement.

The band are set to arrive in the UK on May 1 for a full UK tour, including the rescheduled Manchester date.

Vampire Weekend will play:

Bristol Bierkeller (May 1)
Birmingham Academy 2 (2)
Edinburgh Liquid Rooms (3)
Glasgow Oran Mor (4)
Newcastle Northumbria University (6)
Leeds Cockpit (7)
Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms (12)
London Electric Ballrooom (13)
Manchester Academy 2 (June 1)
