Vampire Weekend have recorded a cover version of Andrea Bocelli's 'Time To Say Goodbye (Con Te Partiro)'.

The unlikely cover was recorded for inclusion on a forthcoming Starbucks compilation of artist performing covers of their favourite love songs. You can hear the song here, via Rolling Stone. The album will also feature contributions from My Morning Jacket's Jim James, Valerie June, Phosphorescent and Ben Harper.

Beck previously shared a cover of John Lennon's 'Love', taken from the same compilation album - due for release on February 14. It's a reworked version of the track, which originally featured on Lennon's 1970 debut solo album 'John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band'.

Meanwhile, Vampire Weekend recently revealed a new version of their song 'Step' featuring rapper Danny Brown. The track, which is available to download for free, also features Heems of Das Racist and Despot.
