Vanilla Ice arrested for domestic battery
The early 90s rapper is being held in jail
Vanilla Ice has been taken into custody after being arrested for domestic battery.
The rapper, known for his 1990 hit 'Ice Ice Baby', was arrested after his wife called police, claiming he had kicked and hit her.
She later toned down her claims, stating that Ice, real name Robert Van Winkle, had pushed her.
The rapper was previously arrested for a similar offence in 2001.
So far, Van Winkle, of South Florida, has not been granted bail.
