He says pop star fiancée is not pregnant

Pete Wentz has denied the rumours that he is about to become a dad, despite a tabloid magazine quoting a source that claims it’s true.

Usmagazine.com this morning (April 14) reported that Wentz and his new fiancée, pop star Ashlee Simpson, are to become parents later this year.

Fall Out Boy bassist Wentz rebuffed the claims telling MTV News via email:

"There is a witch hunt for people to be pregnant whenever they get engaged in Hollywood. This is all news to me. I can't wait for the story about how I'm really in a gay relationship and this is all just a cover. … I mean really, this is crazy. … I mean were engaged, that's true, and happy about it."

When asked if he was denying the pregnancy, Wentz said "Yeah".
