Jason Donovan announces his return
Singer has got a new album coming out in November
Jason Donovan is planning a musical comeback, and is set to release his first new album in 15 years.
Donovan, who rose to fame in Australian soap 'Neighbours' with Kylie Minogue, had hits through the '80s and '90s but failed to set the charts alight with his last release, 'All Around The World', which got to number 27 in 1993.
Donovan's new album, 'Let It Be Me', will be released in November.
According to BBC News the record is inspired by the sounds of the late '50s and early '60s and will feature new versions of tracks such as 'Blue Velvet', 'Love Hurts' and 'Smoke Gets In Your Eyes'.
The star has also re-recorded his 1989 UK Number One 'Sealed With A Kiss', as well as penning a new song called 'Dreamboats And Petticoats'.
