Taylor Swift at Number One for eighth week
Teenager maintains hold on the top spot
Taylor Swift is Number One in the US for the eighth week in a row, with her album ‘Fearless’.
The record, which is the second album from 19-year-old Swift, sold 63,000 copies, which is the same number it sold in the previous week, reports Variety. The album has now sold more than 2.4 million copies.
Bruce Springsteen is on course to take the Number One position next week with his ‘Working On A Dream’ album, which has projected sales of at least 200,000 copies.
As previously reported, Springsteen will perform during the halftime slot at the Superbowl this Sunday (February 1).
