Sharon Osbourne sued over reality TV 'scrap'

Osbourne is accused of hitting a former contestant

Sharon Osbourne is being sued by a former contestant on her VH1 reality TV show 'Rock Of Love Charm School'.

Megan Hauserman, 27, who appeared on the show when it aired in the USA in January, has accused Osbourne of pulling her hair, hitting and scratching her. She is suing her for battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress, reports BBC News.

Hauserman is seeking a jury trial and punitive damages. Osbourne has yet to comment.
