Folk artists celebrate Santa Monica pier's 100th anniversary
Nanci Griffith, Bruce Cockburn Jimmy LaFave and folk legend Woody Guthrie's granddaughter Sarah Lee Guthrie are among the artists set to headline the first-ever Los Angeles Acoustic Music Festival this summer.
The event is set to take place June 6-7 on the Santa Monica Pier, celebrating the beachy landmark's 100th anniversary.
The Refugees and Richard Thompson will also top the bill of the festival, which will take place alongside the pier's Ferris wheel and carousel.
