'The Simpsons' creator Matt Groening to curate UK ATP
Animator joins Pavement and takes control of 2010's first British weekender
'The Simpsons' creator Matt Groening is the second curator of next year's All Tomorrow's Parties (ATP) to be announced.
The animator will take control at Butlins in Minehead for the first ATP event between May 7 and 9. It follows his helming of the Long Beach ATP in the US in 2003 featuring the likes of !!!, Cat Power, The Shins and Sonic Youth.
Pavement are already confirmed to curate the second ATP Weekender that takes place between May 14 and 16 2010.
No acts have been announced for Groening's festival yet, but tickets go onsale this Friday (October 16).
