Engineers cancel all forthcoming gigs

Dates cancelled due to 'unavoidable personal circumstances'

Engineers have announced the cancellation of all of their forthcoming gigs.

In a post on the band's MySpace page, Myspace.com/engineers0, the band said they have been forced to cancel the gigs due to "unavoidable personal circumstances", adding that there are no plans to reschedule any shows.

"It is with much disappointment that we have to announce the cancellation of all of our forthcoming gigs," they wrote. "Due to some unavoidable personal circumstances we cannot perform the gigs with our full line-up and we feel that this would not do justice to our recorded work.

"Many apologies to those who have bought tickets and arranged transport and accommodation, and also to everyone involved in the organisation of them. We really appreciate your support and hope that you can obtain adequate refunds. There are no plans to reschedule the gigs at the present time. Sorry for any inconvenience."

Engineers' cancelled dates are:

Nottingham Bodega Social Club (November 24)
London Relentless Garage (25)
Wolverhampton Civic Hall (December 6)
Liverpool Korova Bar (9)
Glasgow O2 ABC (11)
