Diana Vickers is on course to beat Chipmunk to the Number One slot in the UK singles chart, today's (April 21) midweek update from the Official Charts Company reveals.

The singer's single 'Once' is holding the midweek top spot ahead of the rapper's new effort 'Until You Were Gone', which is at Number Two.

In the albums stakes Paul Weller has the midweek Number One slot with new album 'Wake Up The Nation', which was released on Monday (19). Kate Nash looks set to score a high new entry with second LP 'My Best Friend Is You', being Number Six in the update.
