Iceage have announced a five-date UK tour for September.

The Danish four-piece are touring in support of their debut album 'New Brigade', which will be released on September 5 in the UK.

The tour begins at London's Old Blue Last on September 1 and takes in shows in Salford, near Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow before ending at Liverpool's Wolstenhome Creative Space venue on September 5.

The band, who have not performed at any UK festivals during the summer, have been compared to Joy Division and Wire on their early releases.
