As another festival season comes to a close, here at NME we want to know how the summer was for you.

So head over to NME.COM/survey to take part in our annual Festival Survey - tell us what you thought of this year's season of mud, sweat and beers and you could win one of our unique prizes.

We want to know which festivals you went to, how much you spent and whether you reckon you got value for money.

Did you feel safe at the festivals you went to? What was your defining moment of the summer? Who was the best new band?

Let us know and you could soon get your hands on one of our top prizes.

First prize is a guitar signed by the likes of Friendly Fires, The Vaccines, Bombay Bicycle Club and many more at the Reading And Leeds Festivals, while the runner up will get a choice of any frame from the NME Festivals Collection, presented by Sonic Editions.

Meanwhile, the third prize comes in the form of a Reading And Leeds Festivals poster signed by the bands mentioned above.

Get voting and good luck!
