Punk legends the Misfits announce new album ‘The Devil’s Rain’
Iconic hardcore punks the Misfits are set to release a brand new album, 'The Devil's Rain' on November 7.

Headed up by original founding member Jerry Only and with former Black Flag member Dez Cadena on guitar and Eric Arce on drums, 'The Devil's Rain' is made up of 16 tracks, including 'Twilight Of The Dead', 'Dark Shadows' and 'Curse Of The Mummy's Hand'.

Produced by Ramones cohort Ed Stasium, the album features new pictures of the band shot by Mick Rock. The new release follows their last album, 2003’s punk covers record 'Misfits Project 1950’, which featured girl group queen Ronnie Spector. It marks their first collection of original material since 1999's 'Famous Monsters'.

Of the release, Jerry Only says:

Our goal is to keep perspective on who we are and always stay true to ourselves. The new album will only reinforce how potent the band has become with time. We plan to continue as always, to eclipse the past, block the sun and drag humanity by the throat into a world of darkness filled with ghouls, goblins and creatures of the night, where we are king.
