Palma Violets, Solange, Savages, Kurt Vile, John Cooper Clarke added to Field Day 2013 line-up

Mount Kimbie, Splashh, Wild Nothing and Egyptian Hip Hop will also appear at the London one-dayer

Palma Violets, Solange, Savages, Kurt Vile, and John Cooper Clarke are among the artists added to the Field Day 2013 line-up.

The one-day festival will take plane in London's Victoria Park on Saturday, May 25. They join previously announced headliners Animal Collective and Bat For Lashes.

Last year, Franz Ferdinand brought the festival to a close, showcasing new material at their first major gig since 2010.

So far, the full line up for Field Day 2013 is as follows:
