Brit Awards goodie bag to include overnight stay in a treehouse
Retreat boasts "an unforgettable setting for unwinding, for relaxing, for simply being..."
Alongside all the usual garb found in goodie bags - including perfume, cufflinks, sunglasses and headphones - will be an overnight stay for two in a Treehouse Suite at Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa, which, it's website boasts philosophically, is "an unforgettable setting for unwinding, for relaxing, for simply being..."
The stay might be some console who've not managed to bag guestlist for Jay Z's £500,000 BRIT Awards after-party for all his Roc Nation employees. Justin Timberlake, who is performing at the BRIT Awards, Rita Ora, Beyonce and new label signing Kylie Minogue are likely to attend.
Timberlake will join Mumford and Sons, Muse, One Direction and Robbie Williams on the line-up of performers at this year's BRITs which will once again be presented by James Corden. Beyoncé is rumoured to be performing too, but the BRITs team deny this is happening.
The nominations for this year's awards were announced last month with Alt-J, Mumford & Sons and Muse and all picking up multiple nods. Emeli Sande is hinted to be the big winner of the night as bookies favourite along with Mumford & Sons, Adele and The Black Keys. Sandé is being tipped for double success with bookmakers William Hill offering virtually unbackable odds of 1/6 and 1/10 to pick up Best Album and Best Female respectively.
