Belgian festival announces first raft of names for August bash

Eminem, Neil Young and The xx to headline Pukkelpop 2013

Eminem, Neil Young and The xx have been confirmed as the headline acts at this year's Pukkelpop.

The Belgian festival takes place in Kiewit between August 15-17. Joining Eminem on the line-up for Thursday, August 15 will be Nine Inch Nails, Slayer, Deftones, Fall Out Boy, TNGHT, Mac Miller, Baauer, Solange, Fucked Up and Danny Brown.

Meanwhile, Neil Young and Crazy Horse lead the main stage on Friday August 16 along with The Prodigy, Polica, Fun., Daughter, Mount Kimbie, TEED, Chvrches, Frank Turner and Unknown Mortal Orchestra. The xx will close the festival on Saturday, August 17 performing on a bill that also includes Franz Ferdinand, The Knife, Alabama Shakes, Foals, Bat For Lashes, Julio Bashmore, Lamb of God and The Family Rain.

Tickets for Pukkelpop 2013 will be available from Wednesday March 27 with a presale starting on Monday 25 and ending a day later. Weekend tickets cost £140 with day tickets, priced £71, also available. Find out more information on the Pukkelpop website now.
