Fuck Buttons, London Grammar, Foals, Pulled Apart By Horses, Jon Hopkins and more have been announced for Transgressive's Alternative Stage Takeover at Reading and Leeds 2013.

Transgressive Records has today (July 5) announced the line up for its eighth year at Reading and Leeds Festivals, bringing with them a host of bands and DJs for after-hours entertainment at this year's festivals. For the first time ever, Friday night in Reading will be a silent stage, requiring each audience member to enjoy the sound of the live performers and DJs via headphones handed out upon entry.

Joining the live bill this year will be Oxford duo Fuck Buttons as well as Jon Hopkins and James Holden plus Snakehips, Blaenavon, Thumpers and Karma Kid. Foals will DJ following their main stage appearance on the Sunday at Leeds while Pulled Apart By Horses will DJ a set comprising solely of gangsta rap anthems in Leeds on the Saturday night.

Saturday Day tickets for Reading Festival have now sold out. This follows the recent announcement that all of the Early Entry tickets to Reading Festival are also sold out. Friday, Sunday and Weekend tickets are still available for Reading Festival and Early Entry, Day and Weekend tickets are still available for Leeds Festival.
