Paramore and Queens Of The Stone Age to headline Reading & Leeds Festivals

Vampire Weekend, Bombay Bicycle Club and Macklemore also among latest additions to festival line-up

Paramore and Queens Of The Stone Age to headline Reading & Leeds Festivals

Queens Of The Stone Age and Paramore will headline Reading and Leeds Festivals this August.

The two bands are the final headliners announced for the event. They will join previously announced bands Arctic Monkeys and Blink-182 on the top of the bill. It will be both Queens of The Stone Age and Paramore's only UK festival appearances of 2014.

Joining Queens of The Stone Age and Paramore on the Main Stage at this year's festivals will be new names Vampire Weekend, Deaf Havana, The Hives, Imagine Dragons, Foster The People and multiple Grammy Award winning duo Macklemore[a/] & Ryan Lewis.

Meanwhile, [a]Bombay Bicycle Club join previously announced headliners The Courteeners and Disclosure on the NME/Radio 1 Stage. Fellow line-up additions for the tent include Chvrches, Clean Bandit and XL Recordings' latest signing Jungle.

Other new names joining the line-up across all of the stages include Klaxons, David Rodigan MBE, Lower Than Atlantis, Eagulls, The Fat White Family, A Day To Remember, Nero, Die Antwoord, Don Broco, Cage The Elephant, Circa Waves, Drenge, Enter Shikari, Jimmy Eat World, letlive, Peace, Temples, The Neighbourhood and Wolf Alice.

Earlier today (March 10) organisers revealed the first names for the BBC 1Xtra stage and Dance Stage with Danny Brown, Joey Bada$$, Lizzo, Giggs and Vic Mensa all confirmed to be playing the 1Xtra Stage at this year's event. Bondax, Flume, Ben Pearce, Andy C and Boys Noize were also announced for the Dance Stage.

Among the acts previously confirmed for the August bank holiday weekender are The 1975, Jake Bugg, Metronomy, Disclosure and Of Mice and Men.

Tickets are available right now for Reading and Leeds.
