Disclosure, London Grammar and Chic have been added to the line-up for Croatia's Unknown Festival in September.

Chic featuring Nile Rodgers, London Grammar and chart-topping act Clean Bandit will all perform live at the festival alongside fellow new addition Moderat while Jamie xx and Disclosure join the DJ bill with Eats Everything, Heidi and DJ Koze.

The new additions to this year's festival follow the announcement earlier this year that Chvrches and Wild Beasts will travel to Rovinj on the Adriatic Coast alongside Mount Kimbie, Forest Swords, Jungle, Henrik Schwarz, James Holden, Kink, Lapalux and Ten Walls.

Meanwhile, a raft of DJs are booked to appear with Daniel Avery, Jackmaster, TEED, The 2 Bears and Erol Alkan already confirmed. They will be joined by Ame, Bicep, Dixon, DJ Harvey, Dusky, George Fitzgerald, Gerd Janson, Horse Meat Disco, John Talabot, Joy Orbison, Seth Troxler, Simian Mobile Disco and more. Scroll down to see a full list of live artists and DJs.
