An inquest at Gravesend Old Town Hall on Thursday (May 1) will reveal details surrounding Peaches Geldof’s death.

Peaches Geldof was found dead at her home in Wrotham, Kent on two weeks ago (April 7). Police said at the time that her death was being treated as "non-suspicious but unexplained and sudden".

After a statement from a senior police officer, North West Kent coroner Roger Hatch will speak at the brief hearing, revealing details surrounding the 25-year-old's death. It is expected to last no more than 10 minutes, reports The Independent. A full inquest is then likely to take place in late July.

A post-mortem carried out following Geldof's death proved inconclusive, pending toxicology tests. The results of the test have not been released but are thought to have been returned to the coroner.

A funeral service for the 25-year-old journalist, socialite and mother was held at St Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence church in the village of Davington, Kent, on April 21. Her father, musician Bob Geldof, led the tributes. Peaches's ashes were believed to have been scattered at Bob Geldof's Davington Priory country estate. Mourners included musicians Jools Holland, Bill Wyman and Johnny Borrell and former Creation boss Alan McGee.
