Rik Mayall has scored a posthumous Top 10 hit with the song 'Noble England'.

The track - which was originally released in 2010 for the World Cup, but failed to chart - has gone in at Number Seven in the Official Singles Chart, following a social media campaign after the comedian and actor passed away earlier this month.

Meanwhile, singer Ella Henderson's debut single 'Ghost' is this week's Number One. The song sold 132,000 copies in its first week of sale, making it the fourth fastest-selling single of the year. The former X Factor contestant's track was co-written by OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder.

Other new entries include 1996 England European Championship song 'Three Lions' by David Baddiel, Frank Skinner and The Lightning Seeds, which is in at 27. The official anthem of the 2014 World Cup, 'We Are One (Ole Ola)' by Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte is two places behind at 29.

Kasabian's new album '48:13' has become the band's fourth Number One album. Sergio Pizzorno said of the accomplishment: "What a way to kick off the biggest three weeks of our lives: achieving our fourth consecutive Number One album, followed by a 50,000-strong crowd at our Leicester homecoming gig and the pinnacle - headlining Glastonbury!"

Other new entries in the Official Album Chart include First Aid Kit at Number 11 with their third album 'Stay Gold. Chrissie Hynde's solo album 'Stockholm' is new at 22.
