The guitarist in metalcore band Every Time I Die stopped a fan taking an onstage selfie recently, by karate kicking the phone out of the gig-goer's hands.

Footage of the incident emerged via Lambgoat. In the clip, which you can see above, guitarist Jordan Buckley stops the fan taking a picture with his brother, frontman Keith Buckley, by kicking the phone from his hands.

Jordan Buckley went on to tweet about his dislike of onstage selfies, writing: "Stage selfies = look at me look at me I didn't get enough attention as a kid and can't handle 5 people here getting more attention than me".

Every Time I Die formed in Buffalo, New York in 1998 and released their seventh album, 'From Parts Unknown', over the summer.
