SLASH AUCTIONS GUITAR TO AID TSUNAMI VICTIMS
And there have been some big bids already...
Guns N' Roses and VELVET REVOLVER guitarist SLASH is auctioning his guitar to raise money for the victims of the Asian Tsunami.
The guitar legend has put a signed Cherry Blossom Gibson Les Paul Standard up for sale on Ebay. Bids for the item are already exceeding £5,000 with more than four days to go.
The auction comes as part of a campaign run by The Sun newspaper, who will put up five highly desirable items up for auction each day. A signed print of a painting by Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood will be put up in the next few days.
