A host of big name actors - including Keanu Reeves and Jude Law - also mooted...

VICTORIA BECKHAM and KYLIE MINOGUE are amongst the stars set to appear in a new play in LONDON's West End directed by actor KENNETH BRANAGH.

The comedy, 'The Play Wot I Wrote', is a homage to to the late popular duo Morecambe & Wise, and feature some of their original scripts. It will open in the Wyndham Theatre on November 5.

According to the BBC, the stars will appear as "surprise" star guests each night, even though as guests they will have to be the butt of the comedian's jokes - as in Morecombe & Wise's original television show.

"People are queuing up to be in it," David Pugh, a spokesperson for the production said. "We have 28 stars who will play at least eight performances, although one or two will do single performances."

Other names said to have been lined up, or in talks include Ricard E Grant, Keanu Reeves, Jude Law and model Naomi Campbell.

'The Play Wot I Wrote' stars comedians Hamish McColl and Sean Foley. They start by playing themselves but eventually turn into Morecambe and Wise.
