The Wedding Present singer set for big band collaboration
FuseLeeds09 festival line-up announced
The Wedding Present singer David Gedge is to perform a special gig with the BBC Big Band during the FuseLeeds09 festival this April.
Gedge will play some of his best loved songs backed by the big band, who will be conducted by noted arranger Steve Sidwell. The gig takes place at West Yorkshire Playhouse on April 29.
Other acts set to appear at FuseLeeds09, which takes place at various venues across the city, include Eliza Carthy (with special guest Ed Harcourt), A Hawk And A Hacksaw and Vessels.
