Weezer's Rivers Cuomo to release live DVD
'Not Alone' comes out later this month
Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo is set to release a live DVD, recorded at Fingerprints record store in Long Beach, CA.
‘Not Alone - Rivers Cuomo & Friends Live at Fingerprints’ will be available both as a DVD and an EP and was recorded as a celebration for the release of ‘Alone II - The Home Recordings Of Rivers Cuomo’ on November 25 last year.
Cuomo invited fans from across the US to “dress sharp” and join him in a makeshift band. The fans helped pick a set list comprised of Weezer classics as well as more obscure tracks.
In addition, the DVD includes the video for ‘My Brain Is Working Overtime’, an interview with actor/musician Jason Schwartzman and this clip of Cuomo speaking just before the in-store.
‘Not Alone - Rivers Cuomo & Friends Live at Fingerprints’ comes out on April 28.
