Weezer to take 'Pinkerton' on tour?
Guitarist Brian Bell says he is 'praying' they'll perform their 1996 album in full soon
Weezer could be set to take their 1996 album 'Pinkerton' on tour.
As Exclaim.ca reports, guitarist Brian Bell admitted that he is "praying" that the group will play the LP on tour to coincide with the October 5 reissue.
"We have a reissue of 'Pinkerton' coming out with new packaging," he said. "And I'm praying a 'Pinkerton' tour, where we'll play all the songs off 'Pinkerton', soon."
Meanwhile, the band will release their eighth studio album, 'Hurley', on September 13.
'Memories', the first single from the album, is streaming now at the band's MySpace page Myspace.com/weezer, and is also available as a digital download.
Weezer will appear at this year's Reading and Leeds festivals later this month.
