HITS OUT!

The Irish hearthrobs unleash their array of top pop hits on the general public - but, unfortunately, there will be no festive cover of 'White Christmas'...

WESTLIFE are to release a Greatest Hits album next year, to coincide with a major UK tour.

And the Irish hearthrobs' manager Louis Walsh told the Daily Star that the boyband have shelved plans for a Christmas single.

It was believed they would release a cover of 'White Christmas', but svengali Walsh said: "We are not going to bother doing any Christmas songs. The lads are on with so much at the moment they couldn't find the time. But they will be releasing a Greatest Hits compilation."

He added: "[They] are also going to go on another massive tour next year. Things are still going brilliantly for the lads and they're very focused."
