White Lies, Little Boots, Animal Collective for Liverpool Sound City
Plus Mongrel, Deehunter and Cage The Elephant to play

White Lies, Little Boots, Animal Collective, Mongrel and Deerhunter are among the acts confirmed to play at the forthcoming for Liverpool Sound City festival in May.
Cage The Elephant, Mumford and Sons and Hot Melts are also set to play at the event, which takes place across various venues in the northern UK city on May 20-23.
Further acts are set to be announced soon, with organisers saying that the total amount of acts set to play at the bash will exceed 400.

White Lies are currently on the Shockwaves NME Awards Tour and will play on the same bill as The Cure, Franz Ferdinand and Crystal Castles at the NME Big Gig at the London O2 Arena on February 26.
