White Lies announce UK tour for December - ticket details

Band will play eight dates nationwide with support from Frankie Rose

White Lies have announced an eight-date UK tour for later this year.

The band will kick off in Newcastle on December 3, before playing Glasgow, Manchester, Nottingham, Bristol, London, Norwich and then wrapping up in Birmingham on December 15.

"We're delighted to bring 'BIG TV' to some of our favourite UK venues this winter," the band said in a statement announcing the tour. 'BIG TV', White Lies' third studio album, came out earlier this month and debuted at Number Four on the UK's Official Albums Chart.

The band will be supported by Frankie Rose on all dates, while the Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester and London shows will also feature sets from In The Valley. Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday, August 30 priced from £20.00-£22.50.

In the meantime, White Lies will deliver sets on the Main Stage at Reading Festival tomorrow (August 24) and Leeds Festival on Sunday (August 25).
