Whitesnake name new album
Whitesnake have named their 11th studio album and scheduled it to be released in March next year.

The album is entitled 'Forevermore' and is the follow-up to 2008’s 'Good To Be Bad'. A specific release date has not been finalised.

Singer David Coverdale said of the new album: "The new songs are in the very familiar and recognisable Whitesnake territory of soulful, bluesy, melodic power rock, with a couple of ballads thrown in for good measure. It can't be a Whitesnake album without ballads!"

The band recently announced that they will tour the UK in June 2011, with six gigs booked.
