Jeff Tweedy helps out the US presidential hopeful

US Democratic Presidential hopeful Barack Obama has recruited several musicians to play at a fundraiser in his hometown of Chicago.

Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy will headline Change Rocks, which is set to take place on Friday (December 7) at Chicago's Riviera Theatre.

Also on the bill are Third Eye Blind frontman Stephan Jenkins, the Cool Kids, and Jill Sobule of 'I Kissed A Girl' fame.
