Wild Beasts to play 'Smother' in full in London

Tickets will be released by ballot for the intimate London gig in December

Wild Beasts have announced a one-off show performing their most recent album 'Smother' in full at the Lexington on Friday December 7.

With demand expected to well exceed the venue's capacity, a random ballot has been set up to allow people to apply for tickets. Tickets can be applied for here. Randomly selected winners will be given the opportunity to purchase tickets after the process closes on Monday, December 3 at 9am.

The band are treating the set as a warm-up for their headlining show at the All Tomorrow's Parties festival which takes place at Pontins in Camber Sands from December 7 – 9. The band will also be performing 'Smother' in its entirety during their festival set.

After completing their tour dates in support of 'Smother' and a headline set at this years' Latitude festival, the band have been working on new material. Speaking to NME,
