Following the release of their self-titled debut album earlier this week, Wild Flag have announced details for their first UK tour.

The band will begin their six-date jaunt at Bristol Thekla on January 27 and finish up at London Electric Ballroom on February 1.

The band, from Portland, Oregon and Washington, DC are made up of Carrie Brownstein (Sleater-Kinney), Mary Timony (Helium), Rebecca Cole (The Minders) and Janet Weiss (Sleater-Kinney, Quasi, Stephen Malkmus And The Jicks). Watch the video for their single ‘Romance’, below.

The band also play a sold out one-off show at London Lexington on December 8 and will appear at All Tomorrow’s Parties in Minehead on December 9.

Tickets for the new tour go on sale Monday October 17 at 9am.
