Will Oldham, Clap Your Hands for New Orleans benefit

Will Oldham and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah frontman Alec Ounsworth are set to play a benefit gig called ‘Musicians Bringing Musicians Home IV’, to raise money for the rebuilding of New Orleans.

Hank Shocklee, Nicole Atkins, Senegalese hip-hop act Waterflow, and Flobots members Jonny 5 and Brer Rabbit will also perform at the event which will take place at Tipitina's Uptown in New Orleans on December 4.

Jim James of My Morning Jacket will also take part in the event, according to Pitchfork.

New Orleans is still being rebuilt after it was devastated by Hurricane Katrina in August 2005.
