Willy Mason plays tiny London show

Willy Mason played a very intimate gig in London last night (February 22).

The singer and around a hundred fans squeezed into the tiny Soho record shop Sister Ray as he played 25 minutes of material from his new album.

As well as featuring tracks from ‘If The Ocean Gets Rough’ including ‘We Can Be Strong’ and ‘Gotta Keep Walking’, the night also saw him play ‘Fear No Pain’ and other fan favourites from his debut album ‘Where The Humans Eat’.

However in usual maverick style Mason avoided playing current single ‘Save Myself’, though he did sign copies of it after the gig.

Instead he asked the audience what they wanted to hear, and played a string of fan requests, including ‘Live It Up’.

Mason's second album 'If The Ocean Gets Rough' is released on March 5.
